Your health is literally going to either enhance your lifestyle or hinder it. The root cause of health problems, feeling depressed, fatigue, addictions and lack of direction etc linger in the subconscious terrain, which makes it challenging to reach. The benefit from deep breathwork and meditation is to allow the never ending chatter box in your head, the "monkey-mind" to quiet down so what lays underneath can come to the surface and be healed. To heal you must feel, that's where the magic is. It is my conviction that it is possible to change any give none preferred situation into something better. It only takes the willingness to go within.
